No. This is for people who want to get stronger with a clear plan and proper coaching, whether you’re brand new to lifting or you’ve trained before.

What if I’m a beginner?

That’s fine. Everything is built around where you are right now, not where you think you should be.

What if I’ve trained for years but still feel stuck?

That’s exactly what this is for. A lot of people train consistently but still don’t really know what’s holding them back.

How does the app work?

Your training plan lives inside the app so your workouts are easy to follow and easy to track. It also includes exercise tutorial videos.

What happens on days I train alone?

You follow your programme inside the app, use the exercise videos when needed, and message me on WhatsApp if something feels off.

Is this only for powerlifting?

No. This is for people who want to get stronger, train properly, and understand what they’re doing.

What if I have aches or pains during certain lifts?

That’s part of what we work through. I’ll look at what’s happening, what might be causing it, and how to adjust things properly.
